What is the image resolution for free images?

Previously, free images were Small (800 x 533). Well, we thought that wasn’t big enough… and we made our case with the photographer. You’ll be happy to know that the image resolution size for free downloads are now all Large (2100 x 1400). See size chart

How will I know which is a Totally Free Download?

Look for the label
You’ll easily know which image is a Totally Free Download by looking at the label at the bottom of each displayed image product.

Review all the photo images on the Checkout page, click Checkout Now, and download instantly.

After successful checkout, download your purchased images, and check your email for login instructions. Create your password to access your My Photo Downloads online dashboard containing all your images!

Does DanceLova operate a photo printing service?

No, but you are highly encouraged to use popular photo printing services like Tiny Prints, Shutterfly or Snapfish. Alternatively, you can also print photos at Costco, CVS, Walmart, etc. But the level of quality of the prints achieved from these “non-professional photo services” can often be unsatisfactory depending on each customer’s expectations. Please refer to the chart below, “What image resolution do you need for prints?” to know the image resolution download you’ll need, depending on the sizes you’ll want for your prints.

Need help with checkout?

Question:
When I click the gray Checkout Now button nothing happens on my screen. How do I pay?

Solution:
If you are using the Safari browser (Apple products: MacBook, iPad, iPhone), please temporarily disable the ‘Pop-Up Blocker’ setting, or any other Pop-Up Blocker type of app/software on your device before trying to checkout. The reason ‘nothing happens on your screen’ when you click the gray Checkout Now button is because your Safari browser is mistakenly blocking the payment window which you should be seeing. This issue is quite uncommon, but every year we do receive 1 to 2 reports of this issue and this solution solves it.
